2012 Clay Shoot

SCHEDULE:
FRIDAY 6pm Calcutta with drinks and dinner. NO PRACTICE ROUNDS.
SATURDAY 78:30am Check in time and registration. Safety meeting will be
held at 8:30AM. Shoot will begin at 9:00AM. Awards ceremony and door
prizes will follow event.
FORMAT:
Entry fee is $150.00/ per person (5 person team) limited to first
150 shooters. Advanced registration deadline is February 10th,
2011. Late entry fee will be $15.00/ per person. Credit cards will be
accepted. All participants must be signed in by 8:30AM Saturday. Late
shooters will shoot in available time slots. ATVs / Golf Carts are
allowed, but not provided. Golf carts are available for rent (Duffys
Lawn and Garden Equipment Victoria 361.572.3135). Station sponsors and
Gold sponsors are guaranteed a spot, but shooters must pay entry fee.
Shooters are required to provide their own ammo (7 ½, 8 or 9 only).

SPONSORSHIPS:
Includes name on sponsor board, food/beverage, and registration
for door prizes.
Sponsor fees &
information are due in by Febuary 10th, 2012. Sponsors
are encouraged to bring banner.
PRIZES/AWARDS:
High
Overall and Runner Up Individual both receive a trophy
High
Overall Team and Runner-Up Team All team members receive a trophy
Lewis Class AA, A, B, C, and D
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
all receive a trophy
Many other door prizes and 27 trophies will be awarded.
ELIGIBILITY:
Must be a Victoria API Member (annual dues are $20 membership
included with entry fee)
OTHER INFO:
Friday Pipe Pro will provide dinner.
Saturday Archer Well Service and Motion Industries
will provide breakfast. Champion
Technologies will provide lunch.
Refreshments for Friday and Saturday provided by API
Perforators.
DIRECTIONS:
From Loop 463 in Victoria, take FM236 North for 9.7 miles to
FM237, turn left on 237 and go one mile to Hester Road (Picture of
shotgun at street end) and take a left. Go 1/2 mile to range.
